This appears to be the later Disney-licensed Mickey Mouse gum vendor from Hamilton (probably late 1930s); the earlier being “Mickey Mouse & His Pals.” Note that this Mickey has round eyes, not pie-eyes; earlier Disney-licensed goods were nearly all pie-eyes.
